Policies and Procedures

NHCA has a rolling admissions policy, so applications may be submitted for consideration at any time during the year with exception of mid semester entry (November and March). Through the admissions process, New Hope is seeking to enroll those students who desire to receive an excellent, Biblically integrated education.

Applying is easy using our Online Application.
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents with a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $150 must be submitted with each application.

*Pre-Requisites for Pre-Kindergarten: Students in this program must be four years of age by September 1 of the current calendar year. Due to this program’s academic nature and structure, it is also considered an excellent program for those who need an added year of maturity before kindergarten. This does not include the cost of summer care, after-school care, or holiday care.

**Pre-Requisites for Kindergarten: It is strongly recommended that students in this program be five years of age by September 1 of the current calendar year due to its academic nature and structure. Early admissions are only considered with entrance testing and assessment, which is an additional cost.  This does not include the cost of summer care, after-school care, or holiday care.

Middle/High Program Tuition

Students applying to New Hope Christian Academy should demonstrate the ability and willingness to excel. The admissions committee will consider not only an applicant’s transcripts but also recommendations and personal interviews in order to make a decision regarding a student.

Activities Fee covers four local Dallas area field trips per student (maximum of 4 annually), fine arts supplies and fees, and athletic supplies and fees. It will also cover transportation costs for the four field trips and athletic and fine arts events.
